Good morning Fricklers! You might be asking yourself, “Why on Earth is this post being pressed before 9am when the FrickleChicks typically post around 11pm or so?! I thought these bitches were vampires.” And we’ve got a good answer for you. This week we’ve teamed up with the stunners from BurgerWeekly.com to bring you a joint frickle-hamburger review from BLT Burger on 6th Avenue. Not only are the boys from BurgerWeekly.com a pair of real charmers, they also have their act together and get things done during daylight hours.
BurgerWeekly.com is written by Brad and Matt from NYC. As official “Burgermeisters“ of the evening, we had the pleasure of joining in on a “Burger Adventure” (See Burgermeister Dictionary.) And while the entree of the night was juicy and delicious, our attention was stolen by the delectable appetizer of mouthwatering frickles. We may have even converted the Burgermeisters to a life of fried pickles. They definitely seemed enamored at the time.
These babies where super crispy from the tempura batter, but not chewy or crunchy. It was like they were inside of a fragile tempura shell. Super yummy, but the only problem was the excessive amount of grease dripping off each one.

The ranch-chili paprika dipping sauce was pretty stellar, but that was the only offering other than ketchup.
Moderate. The wait time was pretty average, not too quick and not too long.
Waitress Nicole was awesome. She kept our glasses full, brought out our special requests for ketchup and napkins ASAP, and was super friendly without being annoyingly chipper.
